About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Break down complex financial services content into engaging, jargon-free social media posts.
• Support retail investor education and engagement through compelling storytelling and copywriting.
• Respond flexibly and responsively to strategic opportunities and complex problems, adapting content strategies as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience working in a financial services marketing group.
• Familiarity with and interest in investment management topics.
• Knowledge of the financial advisory marketplace is a plus.
• Background in retail banking, financial services, or investment-related content creation.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit content management tools.
• Proficiency in crafting platform-specific content.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills focused on retail investor education.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to handle complex problems and strategic opportunities.
