About the Role

The Content Strategist role is based in Tampa, FL, requiring 4 to 8 years of experience. The position involves developing and producing effective end-to-end customer experiences across digital channels, with a focus on UX writing for web and mobile experiences. The role requires collaboration with design teams and business partners to create content that aligns with organizational tone and style, while ensuring legal and ADA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels.
Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work within project parameters.
Create content that upholds the organization's tone of voice.
Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful and enjoyable microcopy.
Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides.
Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs.

Requirements

UX writing experience concentrating on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design.
Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing.
Experience working in Agile Methodologies and Design Thinking.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Sketch, InVision and other common software platforms.
Bachelor of Computer Science.
