Controls Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Providing Feasibility and cost assessment for Controls & SW to the vehicle/programs.
• Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.
• Coordinating Controls Features development.
• Defining Feature Roll-out Plan (What and When) that aligns to overall program milestones and objectives.
• Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proven record of working on complex systems independently and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions.
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in automotive.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Fluent English.
• Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable.
• Self-starter, vocal and confident.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer is a plus.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
