About the Role

Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions—an online training platform that offers learning management system software for industries such as transportation, distribution, and warehousing. The Copywriter will help engage audiences to promote new sales and renewals across several industries, including trucking, schools, warehouse, and distribution. The role involves writing, designing, and editing content in various mediums to support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success colleagues to create content that aides the buyer's journey
Write copy including letters, blogs, emails, and case studies
Research topics and statistics
Distill regulations, mandates, and concepts into digestible resources for audiences
Turn marketing concepts and campaign messages into multi-channel marketing assets, such as webpages, social posts, digital ads, mailed campaigns, infographics, promotional videos, and more
Use analytics and data to shape content decision-making
Work with SEO Specialist to optimize content and target keywords that will improve SEO, traffic, and conversion
Manage social media accounts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Create recurring deliverables including monthly drip letters, social media posts, e-newsletters, blog posts, quarterly case studies or long-form assets, bi-monthly press releases, and other departmental needs

Requirements

Ability to create engaging and effective written content across multiple formats
Experience in researching topics and distilling complex information into clear resources
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and content optimization
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword targeting
Experience managing social media accounts
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
