Copywriter

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support product title and attribute enrichment, product asset management (reviewing and publishing of product assets), marketing and technical copywriting.
• Work with internal product, marketing, and clinician partners to produce content that maintains style guidelines and resonates with the audience.
• Create content that builds a consistent, cohesive online ordering experience to drive conversion, increase product adoption, and boost customer retention.
• Follow brand standards and copy guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality copy that aligns with content goals, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage asset review and approvals for Pharma products, ensuring assets align with product data and content guidelines.
• Support coordination of asset retouching.
• Write, review, and edit marketing and technical copy.
• Communicate in a style perceived as clean, clear, and creative by customers.
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for multiple deliverables.
• Receive feedback from cross-functional teams and adjust approach accordingly.
• Identify and elevate data discrepancies for investigation.
• Support content team with additional projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience in eCommerce preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with concurrent timelines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with agile planning is a plus.
• Experience working in a product information management system is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.

Qualifications
