About the Role

Responsible for media project intake and tracking project timelines. Support the media program manager to define scope, schedule of projects, determine capacity and impact to work across teams, and ensure successful delivery while tracking against due dates across all deliverables. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage media project intake and track project timelines.
  • Support the media program manager in defining project scope and schedules.
  • Determine capacity and impact to work across teams.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects while tracking against due dates and all deliverables.
  • Maintain and distribute project deliverables timelines across key stakeholders and teams.
  • Surface project and campaign conflicts and work with supervisors to identify resolution paths.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology to identify project tracking enhancements and implement new automation or updated processes.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure they are on track, gain organizational support, and address roadblocks or gaps.
  • Report progress routinely to supervisor and prepare/distribute routine progress reports to department leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year of experience managing projects through Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • 3+ years marketing/media experience.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, people, diplomacy, and time management skills.
  • Comfort with technology, change, and complexity.
  • Innovative, detail and process oriented, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in intake of media campaigns and projects to ensure teams have required inputs.
  • Experience utilizing project tracking systems and producing data-rich documents for leadership review.
  • Ability to surface conflicts and work with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing Technology for project tracking enhancements and automation.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year managing projects with tools like Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • 3+ years in marketing/media roles.
