About the Role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking Associates to support the facility with manual orders data entry. Key Responsibilities

Manually enter jobs that come in through the courier.
Create tickets in C4C to advise the account (client) if something isn't available or if it isn't going to work within the ticket order.
Fix tickets coming back from the lab.
Look up jobs to find out the reason for stalls.
Re-order jobs that were canceled or outsourced.
Communicate with lab and customer service about the availability of jobs and tickets.
Figure out how to make tickets work and explain to customers what needs to happen.
Manually enter jobs and input jobs that come in from Doctor's software systems.

Requirements

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
High mechanical aptitude.
1+ years of related work experience in high volume data entry, order taking, admin clerk, or multiple and repetitive transaction encoding or info taking.
Background in a manufacturing or fast-paced, high volume, mass production environment.
Experience working with labs or doctors on availability.
Understanding of frames and lenses.
