Key Responsibilities

Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.
Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Operational excellence including improving and overseeing operations.
Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, including web design, web content development, scripting, and/or network security configuration.
Relationship management skills including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing.
Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC.
Experience defining and managing changes to documents, code, computer programs, websites, and other files.
Learning and training skills including conducting, developing, and evaluating training and instructional design.
Strong communication skills in writing and verbally.
Product development experience including designing products, developing roadmaps, and prototyping.
Proficiency in HTML, UNIX, SQL, JavaScript, XML, Java, JSON, and experience using APIs, BitBucket, and JIRA.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least eight (8) years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.
Experience in Acquia Code Studio and supporting development teams with setup and configuration.
Experience managing branching strategies within the development lifecycle and maintaining multiple websites.
Experience working with enterprise search services, especially Coveo Search.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or other backend scripting languages.
Experience in Drupal security patching, upgrades, and module updates.
Extensive experience with Acquia environment, deploying code, and working with Acquia Site-Factory.
Experience with WAF, CDN, caching mechanisms, especially Cloudflare and CloudFront.
Knowledge of software engineering approaches from a Digital Marketing perspective.
Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL datastores.
Experience with build automation and CI/CD frameworks.
Effective communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
