About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor creative team members, focusing on projects involving video, motion design, interactive content, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee creative strategy and execution across consumer marketing channels—including video, social, campaigns, and experiential assets—ensuring cohesive, compelling storytelling.
• Champion the use of AI within the creative process, establishing best-in-class practices and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate output.
• Identify and close capability gaps across the department, particularly in areas like touch-screen demos, landing page experiences, and interactive media.
• Concept and lead seasonal and evergreen campaigns that drive engagement and align with business priorities.
• Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to creative initiatives and campaign outcomes.
• Stay at the forefront of AI and tech trends that impact creative, brand, and communications—bring fresh, relevant ideas into the fold.
• Help shape the future of virtual care through immersive storytelling, interactive design, and AI-powered productivity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative experience with strong cross-media design fluency in the healthcare industry.
• 8+ years leading people and projects in web, video, and experiential design in healthcare.
• Ability to prototype quickly—whether it's a demo in Figma, motion comp, Webflow microsite, or other interactive tools.
• Proven success executing on a broad spectrum of marketing communications projects.

Benefits & Perks
