WSAW/WZAW/WYOW are CBS, FOX, and CW affiliates in north central Wisconsin, producing over 30 hours of news, weather, and sports weekly, and located in a region known for outdoor recreation and community events.

Key Responsibilities

Write, produce, shoot, and edit high-concept advertising for local businesses and station marketing campaigns in television and digital space.
Coordinate all aspects of commercial production, including working with advertisers, media executives, and agencies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing deadlines while maintaining a calm and confident presence.
Assist in station-sponsored events when needed.
Work well within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Recognize how to craft an engaging message focused on the viewer's or client's benefit.

Requirements

1-2 years of video production experience minimum.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience shooting on a DSLR and/or professional-grade video cameras.
Knowledge of production lighting techniques.
Ability to write, shoot, and edit content that tells a compelling story.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
FAA Drone Certification a plus (Part 107 UAS).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
