We are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our team and drive creative excellence with strategic precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client objectives into actionable creative strategies grounded in research, insights, and performance data.
  • Deliver high-impact strategic proposals and presentations that clearly articulate creative rationale and measurable outcomes, merging insight with innovation.
  • Lead the creation of original, compelling, and strategically aligned creative concepts for live events (e.g., sales meetings, award shows, trade shows, and customer events) and 360° campaigns (across digital, print, social, video, etc.).
  • Develop innovative themes, messaging frameworks, entertainment strategies, and activation ideas that bring brand stories to life.
  • Work directly with marketing, media and copywriting teams to identify audiences and develop compelling messaging tactics that resonate.
  • Architect full-funnel digital campaigns that drive brand engagement, lead generation, and conversion—spanning paid media, email, social, video, website, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Align creative work with clear KPIs and conversion goals, optimizing each phase of the customer journey.
  • Oversee project development from ideation through execution, providing creative direction, refining messaging, and ensuring final deliverables meet both creative and business objectives.
  • Review design, video, content, and event deliverables with a critical and strategic eye, ensuring alignment with brand standards, project budgets, and client expectations.
  • Partner closely with internal teams—including project managers, graphic designers, digital producers, media planners, copywriters, video teams, etc.—to ensure seamless execution of creative strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic and creative consultant to clients, leading presentations, facilitating workshops, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and insight-driven recommendations.
  • Present and defend concepts in a clear, compelling, and confident manner to executive stakeholders and client decision-makers.
  • Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and deadline awareness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience engagement strategies to inform and elevate creative thinking.
  • Identify and vet vendors for event production, digital media, and campaign support based on quality, innovation, and budget alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a creative strategy, experiential marketing, brand strategy, or integrated campaign role—preferably in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic, creative solutions for both live events and full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • High design sensibility with a critical eye for visual storytelling and user experience across formats.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and LEO a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media (search, display, social), email, web, video, and social platforms.
  • Strong grasp of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, user journeys, and customer personas.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills—able to bring ideas to life and inspire client confidence.
  • Strong strategic thinking with experience in defining and measuring KPIs.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with business goals and executional realities.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), project management platforms, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Meta) a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for client meetings, site visits, or live events as needed.
