From social media, digital marketing, branding, copy & design, and strategy, to full e-commerce builds, thelab mixes inspiration and hard work to produce results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing data-backed Quarterly testing & scaling strategies for multiple clients
  • Implementing & executing both short and long-term strategies
  • Conducting competitor & market research
  • Writing tactical briefs for the creative team
  • Casting & briefing content creators & influencers
  • Contributing to in-house content production
  • Providing strategic feedback on edits
  • Reporting performance data & creative analysis
  • Designating top/bottom performers across channels
  • Suggesting go-forward paid social creative strategies & tactics based on performance
  • Translating reports to creative teams to keep everyone informed about what’s working & current best practices

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in-house or top-tier agency experience with a proven track record of leading performance creative strategy across paid media channels
  • Experience guiding clients with paid social strategies to achieve marketing and business goals
  • Ability to work across capabilities including creative, media, and analytics
  • Deep expertise of the digital landscape and platform-specific best practices on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Understanding of media buying best practices on social channels like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Experience directing work with influencer or UGC creators
  • Strong analytical ability to digest data and turn insights into actionable creative strategies
  • Comfort operating across spreadsheets and storyboards, using data to tell a story
  • History of achieving and exceeding paid social media campaign goals
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for client-facing reports
  • Experience creating and implementing long-term testing and optimization practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Motion or Triple Whale analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance creative strategy across paid media channels
  • Experience working with influencer or UGC creators
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop creative strategies
