Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging, personalized content that drives product adoption.
Lead release readiness communications to ensure customers are prepared for updates.
Create cross-product collateral and 'customer delighters' that highlight new value.
Contribute compelling content for in-person and virtual customer events.
Collaborate with relationship management teams to deliver content that supports retention and success.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C customer marketing, customer success, or product communications within a SaaS environment.
A strong customer-centric mindset and passion for helping people succeed.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and storytelling.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines.
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, customer experience, or a related field.
Experience with UKG Ready or workforce management solutions.
