The UKG Customer Communication team is seeking an excellent communicator to assure that internal employees in support, relationship management, and other customer-facing roles are informed and prepared to interact with customers regarding changes to the product or service experience. The role involves partnering with customer marketing program managers to develop customer-facing enablement plans to drive internal awareness, support internal change management, and effectively drive change for customers. The ideal candidate is a passionate customer and employee advocate who works collaboratively with others to effectively assist with the content planning process from an enablement lens. This role is the bridge between customer-facing messaging, tools, and teams to support U Krewer awareness and engagement.
