Key Responsibilities

Work on a wide range of different analytical projects across different teams in the company.
Enhance data pipelines with DBT and support the Analytics Engineering team with data foundations, making data accessible in Domo and Looker with a semantic layer.
Proactively dig into the data, solving business challenges using insights from quantitative data sources.
Empower other teams and analyst ambassadors with tools to understand and analyze their core metrics.
Prioritize various data requests and perform analyses on key issues to support different teams at Protolabs.
Set up, maintain, and improve dashboards used throughout the organization.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure the quality and stability of data used for core metrics.
Engage with the international data and analytics team.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics in a tech scale-up environment.
Strong academic track record, preferably with a quantitative Masters degree.
Skilled in SQL; Python is considered a plus.
In-depth experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
Ability to analyze and interpret data to solve business challenges.
Experience with data pipelines and data foundations is desirable.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Data Cloud, etc).
Ambition or experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling challenges.

Qualifications

Educational background with a strong academic record, preferably with a Masters degree in a quantitative field.
