Data Analyst Graduate (TikTok Shop Governance and Experience) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the metrics to measure governance and experience (GNE) operation activities, including management of risk, fraud, and abuse, as well as experiences from sellers, customers, and creators.
• Responsible for justifying GNE business value in a scientific way, working closely with business teams to determine short-term and long-term goals.
• Monitor key metric changes, analyze the reasons behind them, and highlight key insights to business partners with timely responses.
• Generate insights and data solutions proactively to help business partners achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Recently or currently enrolled in a BS/MS program with a graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills for presenting analysis results.
• Experience with data tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Tableau Prep, and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Familiarity with SQL-based environments and big data platforms like Hive and Spark.
• Product analytics, statistics, and experimentation expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
