About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover trends and correlations to develop insights that can materially improve operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models to understand customer interactions and identify ways to enhance customer experience and meet goals.
• Collaborate across the organization to develop best practices and advocate for improvements in enterprise-wide tools.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of performance metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support key business decisions.
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.
• Work closely with management on important issues and projects.
• Assess and document existing business procedures and develop recommendations for new methods and procedures.
• Maintain recordkeeping databases and produce reports.
• Review reports and recommend productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Research and analyze other comparable organizations or operations.
• Support business reviews for strategic clients by developing and presenting performance and value creation materials.
• Analyze business cases and data to identify cost savings initiatives and develop case studies.
• Develop client relationship management skills through involvement in implementation support, meetings, and reviews.
• Design, develop, and implement IT solutions across functions by analyzing and documenting client requirements and developing best practice solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Distribution Operations, preferably with emphasis in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables and formulas), Windows, and Visio.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across all organizational levels.
• Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.
• Willingness to take personal responsibility and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for processes and systems.
• Ability to implement and validate corrective actions.
• Understanding of company strategy, regional operations, and client-specific objectives.
