Data Analyst, People Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights, and present compelling stories to the Human Capital Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital leadership to inform workforce planning and budgetary insights.
• Build analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data.
• Build reporting solutions to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.
• Build relationships with teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for deep analytics within the Human Capital organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.
• Strong analytical skills with experience compiling data into comprehensive reports, analyzing trends, and making fact-based recommendations.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge or experience within people analytics is required.
• Fluency in coding with analytical programming languages such as R or Python and SQL.
• Team-oriented, success-driven, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

• Experience in a healthcare or related industry.

Qualifications
