About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Empowering the company to make informed decisions through insights shared and data democratization via reporting consumption.
• Working on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, suggesting optimal statistical methods for analysis.
• Collecting and managing large amounts of data from various sources to perform analysis.
• Searching, interpreting, and analyzing data using statistical techniques and tools.
• Generating in-depth analysis in customer engagement platforms like Cobrowse, Appointment Scheduling, User Profiles and Settings, Communication Hub, Twilio Two way SMS, and Seismic Sales Enablement to determine sales in consumer and business banking.
• Designing dashboards that deliver key insights to enable stakeholders to make design decisions.
• Implementing different statistical analysis techniques into dashboards to provide tailored analytical views of data.
• Capturing sales data to highlight net revenue earned in consumer and business banking products.
• Reporting and analyzing the usage of customer experience-enhancing features.
• Designing KPI dashboards to demonstrate customer online banking engagement and interaction, capturing feedback via CSAT.
• Developing comprehensive Adobe analytics dashboards to highlight customer fallout journeys in checking, savings, and credit card account creations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate data analytics or data science experience at a large commercial bank.
• 3 years of experience with end-to-end implementation of Derivative, Treasury, and FX products in Calypso, including static data setup and market data setup.
• Experience with Calypso testing tool (CATT) and Beyond Compare tool for identifying data for test scenarios.
• Calypso user migration and tool configuration experience.
• Developing application performance reports using analytics tools.
• Creating customized database report extracts for business users.
• Analyzing automation reports and converting user reports, risk reports, and database migration from Windows to Unix servers.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, XML, and Agile methodology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• 5 years of relevant data analytics or data science experience.
