About the Role

OSM Worldwide is currently hiring a Data and Integration Analyst that will support and maintain their ETL Architecture and Development. The role involves connecting all data into one primary source to ensure a single source of truth, supporting research and quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, construct, test, and maintain data lake and related functionality including extraction and transformation of data.
Design, develop, and test business intelligence outputs (including visualization) to ensure useful and insightful information using software including SSMS, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel to support research and quality improvement initiatives.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve day-to-day technical problems using standard procedures.
Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand their business reporting needs and translate requirements into effective reporting, visualization, and actionable insights.
Proactively identify issues and opportunities to improve data systems and related policies as an aspect of data governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through rigorous testing and validation.
Monitor and optimize data pipelines and integration processes for performance and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least two years of experience in a data & integration, or similar, role.
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud data services.
Good experience with SQL code and how to incorporate it into a data lake/base.

Nice to Have

Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Python.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
Experience with cloud data services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
