Job Description

About the Role

This role is an opportunity for individuals planning to graduate in spring 2026, starting in July 2026 at the NYC office. The Performance Optimization team is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics to communicate the results of data-driven marketing campaigns. Analysts build clear, engaging reporting collateral, identify key insights, and drive program optimizations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Python, Java, SQL, and other languages and tools to ingest and sanitize large structured and semi-structured datasets to prepare for performance attribution.
  • Use Python, Java, SQL, and other languages and tools to execute performance attribution and measurement processes and identify marketing campaign responders.
  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools to assess attribution processes and campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with coursework in statistics, math, economics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Experience with analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience in professional or coursework using Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice to Have

  • Experience: 1 year of experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in professional or coursework with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Successfully completed coursework in statistics, math, economics, or related quantitative field.
