Job Description

About the Role

You will be the subject matter expert on the various tools (Qlik & Power BI) and data sources that are utilized to manage the business and will leverage that knowledge to drive improvements for our Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) business. Your role involves interacting with stakeholders to define data and reporting needs, staying updated on analytics developments, implementing machine learning and AI solutions, training teams in Data Cloud solutions and BI tools, analyzing business flows and data models, and developing and supporting Insights & Analytics solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with stakeholders to define data and reporting needs and align Global Business Intelligence initiatives with IGTD business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest insights and analytics developments and implement machine learning and AI solutions in key use cases.
  • Train and guide teams in using Data Cloud solutions and Business Intelligence tools for self-service analytics.
  • Analyze multiple business flows and data models, ensuring the application of relevant analytics methodologies and standards.
  • Develop and support Insights & Analytics solutions, including maintaining local IGT-D business-owned reports.

Requirements

  • Acquire 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering and business intelligence.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data (Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Data Warehousing, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools, especially strong Qlik and Power BI experience.
  • Strong quantitative skills utilizing SQL, Python, PySpark, and R for data gathering, analysis, and building pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Statistics or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of information, synthesize insights, and communicate effectively to different audiences and senior management.
  • Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience implementing machine learning and AI solutions.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Data Cloud solutions and self-service analytics platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $99,000 to $158,000 depending on experience and skills.
  • Participation in comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, including PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, and education reimbursement.
  • Additional compensation such as annual incentive bonuses, sales commissions, or long-term incentives may be offered.
