About the Role

The Data Engineering Cloud Developer is experienced in Python and SQL development using cloud services (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, SQS, Aurora) and will support application design and coding, statistical modeling, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation. This individual has technical knowledge of and responsibility for all phases of applications development.

Key Responsibilities

Write programs according to specifications, which may be provided by Engineers
Codes business processes, analytic functions, models, interfaces, and visualizations according to specifications, which may be provided by other engineers or SMEs
Update, repair, modify and expand existing software
Support application design and coding, statistical modeling, testing, debugging, deployment, and documentation
Employ sourcing resources with ETL development and cloud experience

Requirements

Experience with Python and SQL development using cloud services such as Lambda, Glue, Redshift, SQS, Aurora
Intermediate experience with Python, AWS DevOps & Development, SQL Data Analysis
Ability to write programs according to specifications
Experience with ETL development and cloud resources
Experience with analytics and statistics is a plus
