About the Role

The Data Management Analyst 5 role involves overseeing, governing, and managing critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. The position requires consulting with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies, and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation. This assignment is specific to contingent resources and involves developing or influencing initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Requirements

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
7+ years of Finance/Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Advanced SQL Skills.
Proficiency using Oracle, SQL Server, and other databases.
Data Analysis and Reporting Expertise.
Data modeling and engineering experience.
Very good communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Product domain expertise in Loans, Traded Products, Deposits, or General Ledger.
Experience with Automation and Reporting Tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Knowledge of modern data stack technologies and exposure to Google Cloud Platform, Azure, PySpark, Python, S3 Storage, Hive/Hadoop, Parquet, Iceberg, etc.
