About the Role

Join the Customer Office & Distribution team at Zurich North America as an intern for the Predictive Analytics Internship (Summer 2026). Gain hands-on experience working directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects that influence the company's strategies and key partnerships. This internship offers exposure to executive decision-making, project support, and professional development within a leading global insurance organization with over 150 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and other executive committee members on high-impact projects.
  • Support and co-lead initiatives such as TNPS (Transactional Net Promoter Score), Event Analytics, and Broker/Market Strategies & Analytics.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leaders, offering exposure to the decision-making process at the highest levels of the company.
  • Independently engage with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure smooth project progression.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2026.
  • Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and no prior years of experience required in the Administrative area.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school).
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Survey design and analysis experience using Qualtrics/Medallia.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.

Qualifications
