Sr. E-Commerce Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Audit, cleanse, and enrich product content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the digital catalog.
• Partner with vendors through portal management to collect, validate, and automate product data, images, and assets.
• Ensure compliance with PDI's taxonomy, governance standards, and enrichment workflows.
• Monitor website analytics and performance KPIs to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Deliver clear reporting and presentations to leadership on a weekly, quarterly, and annual cadence.
• Recommend and drive initiatives that improve conversion, sales growth, and adoption of PDI's e-commerce platform.
• Partner with Category Management, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data quality and alignment on digital initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert in product data, e-commerce processes, and digital merchandising best practices.
• Support scalable process improvements, automation strategies, and documentation of workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, product data management, digital merchandising, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one BI/analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics).
• Hands-on experience with Salsify, Shopify, vendor portals, or other PIM/e-commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets, identify data gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present insights and influence leadership decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
