About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MPI team's workload, project intake, and progress reporting.
• Maintain and support the IBM MDM infrastructure, ensuring system performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and analytics to monitor MPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards across all MPI operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience with SQL, Databricks, Data Factory, and API troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of large-scale databases and complex data structures.
• Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and integration standards (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong time management.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service and operational excellence.

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and integration standards.

Qualifications

• Target Salary Upon Conversion: $85,000-$110,000 depending on experience.
