About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Data Science Analyst with machine learning and Python experience. The ideal candidate will work on productionizing machine learning models and guide development teams for implementing end-to-end machine learning use cases. The role involves shaping value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components and providing technology consulting to define appropriate Data Science and ML use cases. The candidate will contribute to the development and deployment of innovative Analytics and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work on productionizing machine learning models and guide development teams for implementing end-to-end machine learning use cases.
Shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components.
Provide technology consulting for defining right Data Science and ML use cases.
Contribute to the development and deployment of innovative Analytics and AI solutions.

Requirements

Candidate must live within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Tempe, AZ, Hartford, CT, Indianapolis, IN, or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
At least 2 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science.
Proven ML coding experience, with good hands-on skills in forecasting (timeseries and ML-based models).
Experience in GenAI, LLM, RAG.
Experience with Python for data manipulation, visualization, and process automation.
Experience in SQL for developing data pipelines.

Good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and engage across a variety of audiences.
Significant written, verbal, and data visualization skills to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly and concisely.
Experience refining user requirements and analyzing data to answer business queries.
Adept in quick starting optimization options to solve business problems using latest technologies in data mining, data visualization, statistical modeling, pattern recognition, and optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
