About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
Partner with Analytics Engineering to source needed data and ensure data is transformed and quality controlled in a suitable format for analysis.
Use SQL, Python, and open-source machine learning packages to create predictive models for audience segmentation, marketing response rates, demand forecasting, reversal rates, price elasticity estimation, and lifetime value estimation.
Design product and pricing experiments and frameworks to measure their impact, including prescription demand, activation rates, pricing sensitivity, and reversal rates.
Design and implement optimization algorithms to set drug pricing to maximize net script volume, activations, and margin while meeting contractual constraints and strategic positioning.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, engineering, and product teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to implement A/B testing and monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Create dashboards to monitor and visualize the performance of algorithms and identify issues requiring attention.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience building statistical/machine learning models and conducting in-depth analyses.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling theory and application, with the ability to balance academic research and practical implementation.
Advanced Python skills.
Strong database knowledge and solid experience in SQL.
Experience solving constrained optimization problems using commercial and/or open-source software packages.
Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.

Nice to Have

Experience with open-source machine learning packages.
Experience with demand forecasting, price elasticity estimation, or lifetime value modeling.
Experience working in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in statistical/machine learning modeling.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range of $85,000 - $127,000.
