Key Responsibilities

Perform quantitative analysis including data mining on highly complex data sets
Utilize data querying language(s) including SQL
Conduct applied statistics or experimentation, including A/B testing, in an industry setting
Work with large-scale data processing infrastructures using distributed systems
Apply quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, pattern recognition, or descriptive and inferential statistics

Requirements

A Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
Completion of a university-level course, research project, thesis, or internship involving data mining on highly complex data sets
Experience with data querying language(s) including SQL
Experience with applied statistics or experimentation, including A/B testing
Knowledge of large-scale data processing infrastructures using distributed systems
Familiarity with quantitative analysis techniques such as clustering, regression, pattern recognition, or descriptive and inferential statistics
