About the Role

Those in data science and machine learning engineering at PwC will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making. You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outcomes while managing client service accounts

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a significant focus on Python development and AI/ML
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
- Proven hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions
- Demonstrating leadership potential in technical teams
- Excelling in advanced prompt engineering strategies
- Developing and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI
- Possessing expert-level Python programming skills with an extensive understanding of its ecosystem and libraries
- Managing and mentoring junior engineers effectively
- Working with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
- Staying abreast of advancements in Generative AI and MLOps
- Building and managing data pipelines (e.g., using Airflow, Prefect, Kubeflow Pipelines, or custom Python scripts)

- Educational background including a Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
