Data Scientist Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide data science and analytics solutions to Department of Defense Clients.
• Identify and address client needs, build client relationships, and drive initiatives forward.
• Wrangle, cleanse, and analyze data using programming languages such as Python.
• Develop advanced visualizations and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Build predictive and/or Large Language Models on advanced data science platforms.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• FIVE (5) or more years of experience in data science, data analysis, or data visualization.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with design and build of ETL programs, interfaces, and data reconciliation processes.
• Experience with developing and deploying AI/ML or predictive models to solve problems or improve efficiency.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for data consumers.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within an organization.
