Job Description

About the Role

This role requires you to be onsite at one of our locations—Boca Raton, FL headquarters, or our offices in Irving, TX or Topeka, KS—three days a week. The remaining two days are remote, offering flexibility while still enabling meaningful collaboration with cross-functional teams. The People Analytics team, functioning as a division of HR Services and Operations, serves as the company's leading analytical authority on our people, translating data into high-value, actionable insights for senior leadership, HR business partners, and people leaders within the organization in the pursuit to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership on the execution of strategic analytics initiatives, people data modeling, and experimentation to solve essential business and HR challenges.
  • Focus on key issues such as predicting great hires, identifying employees at risk of leaving, and supporting employee engagement and diversity and inclusion goals.
  • Conduct quantitative analytics, predictive modeling, research design, and consulting related to people research.
  • Operationalize the people strategy with the analytics team to solve complex human and data questions.
  • Communicate solutions that provide insights and lead to data-driven recommendations.
  • Understand people-related business problems and help frame them into research questions answerable with data.
  • Integrate internal and external data to help business leaders understand and act on people issues.
  • Translate data and insights into visualizations and stories to inform strategy and decision-making at various organizational levels.
  • Deliver customer service by translating requests into requirements and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Establish single-source data platforms to support insights and decision-making.
  • Lead data-driven research to support people metrics, reporting, and advanced analytics.
  • Align research priorities with business priorities and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Leverage HR industry and people analytics trends to address practical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team, HR, and business stakeholders to identify initiatives and deliver sustainable solutions.
  • Exercise adaptability and good judgment to support organizational agility.
  • Continuously learn, listen, teach, and advance skills within people analytics and data science.
  • Exude passion for the field and organization to establish effective use of data and analytics.

Requirements

  • Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Mathematics, Operations, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar highly quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of directly applicable experience in data modeling and data tools/languages such as Python.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Tableau; Tableau Prep experience preferred.
  • Advanced experience with programming languages such as Python and R, with a focus on data modeling.
  • Experience in research design, visualization techniques, and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
  • Experience with advanced statistical methods including hypothesis testing, clustering, machine learning predictions, and text mining.
  • Experience modeling high-dimensional data.
  • Experience with designing and implementing data pipelines for continuous insight delivery.
  • Understanding of the external people analytics landscape and trends.
  • Experience with people research, human capital domain, user interface, consulting, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Experience applying data privacy regulations and protecting individual privacy.
  • Ability to thrive in project environments with uncertain requirements or outcomes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to positively interact with diverse team members and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Tableau Prep experience.
  • Experience with tools and languages in data pipeline design and implementation.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Mathematics, Operations, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of experience in data modeling and related tools/languages.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $105,600.00 - $158,400.00 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus and potential equity awards based on performance.
