About the Role

As a Data Warehouse & Integrations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise-wide data warehouse, business intelligence, and data integration services for a GTS public sector client. You'll serve as both a technical leader and a collaborative advisor, fostering relationships with stakeholders while delivering innovative data solutions that empower organizational strategy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise data warehouse and integration platforms.
Oversee and guide cross-functional teams through the complete solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Champion process improvements and drive innovation in data architecture, integration, and reporting services.
Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and team performance metrics to ensure project success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in data management, data architecture, integration, business intelligence, or data warehouse solutions.
Experience implementing enterprise integration solutions using ETL and iPaaS technologies (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, SSIS, SnapLogic, or similar).
Proven background with enterprise data warehouse and data lake solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake).
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or leading technical teams.
Technical proficiency in integration platforms (Oracle Integration Cloud), web applications, client/server software, and tools/languages and Oracle software.

Nice to Have

Track record of hands-on leadership in public sector or similar complex environments.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with a talent for building consensus among stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions, modern ETL architectures, and business intelligence tools.
Proactive approach to continuous process and systems improvement.

Qualifications

Salary: $100,000-$105,000 (contract-to-hire, conversion within 3-6 months possible).
Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, remaining days remote.
