  • Track campaign status, address challenges proactively, and drive next steps with strong attention to detail.
  • Analyze performance metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) and use data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2-4 years specifically in a Demand Generation role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience executing B2B campaigns for industrial audiences, combining strong sales alignment with a test-and-learn approach to campaign development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to shifting needs.
