eCommerce Marketing Manager, Equine

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Development and execution of advertising plans to meet or exceed the eCommerce team's sales targets, coordinating with agencies, sales team, and brand managers.
• Manage and maintain paid search and display budgets, aligning spend plans with sales volume.
• Maximize return on investment of promotional and advertising activities across key retail accounts, including PPC, SEM, and display advertising.
• Establish and execute global advertising schedules with data-driven analysis to measure results.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of POS, advertising, and internal data to develop recommendations for volume and share growth.
• Research and leverage SEO within retail media and search platforms to become a digital category and competitive expert.
• Develop, generate, and present KPIs and reports for leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners such as brand marketing, digital marketing, sales, and finance.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and support management and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Expert Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the use of syndicated eCommerce data (Nielsen or Amazon).
• Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data-driven guidance and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey compelling arguments using data and analytics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across the organization with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Commitment to deadlines, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Minimal business travel required, between 5-10%.
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant eCommerce/Digital Advertising experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG), FMCG, consumer durables industry, or retail (strongly preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Nielsen or Amazon syndicated data.
• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or retail environment.
