Job Description

About the Role

CalAmp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our B2B enterprise sales team. This high-impact individual contributor role is central to CalAmp's revenue growth strategy, offering significant visibility and influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of demand generation—from campaign planning and execution to performance analysis and budget management. You'll operate with end-to-end ownership, using your expertise in marketing technologies, vendor coordination, and content strategy to build and scale programs that deliver results. Your ability to iterate quickly, test bold ideas, and align with cross-functional teams will be critical to expanding CalAmp's reach across key IoT verticals, including commercial fleet telematics, trucking & logistics, industrial OEMs, and the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy including ABM, digital, paid media, content syndication, LinkedIn, events, SEO, and email nurture.
  • Design and implement full-funnel nurture workflows to sustain prospect engagement and retarget prior leads with personalized content and offers.
  • Build and maintain strong alignment with Sales and RevOps to optimize lead handoff, lead scoring, and closed-loop reporting.
  • Translate campaign performance into business outcomes, owning pipeline contribution, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • Leverage Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g. Pardot), and ABM tools to track performance and ensure data integrity.
  • Establish a high-quality content pipeline in collaboration with Product Marketing to create impactful assets that elevate brand perception and campaign engagement.
  • Create and manage budgets to maximize ROI on media spend, technology platforms, and agency partnerships.
  • Build and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal marketing contributors, ensuring campaign excellence and timely delivery.
  • Develop compelling campaigns and creative assets that establish CalAmp as a market leader in telematics and IoT.
  • Oversee technical implementation of lead forms and landing pages, ensuring backend systems function flawlessly and support campaign objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in demand generation or digital marketing within a B2B enterprise setting.
  • Deep proficiency in Salesforce.com and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Demonstrated success with ABM and full-funnel lead management, including nurture and retargeting strategies.
  • Strong campaign reporting and analytics skills; comfort with ROI modeling and pipeline attribution.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing media and operations budgets.
  • Working knowledge of web development workflows to manage lead capture and optimize landing pages.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple ICPs across diverse industries and buying cycles.
  • Experience mentoring junior contributors or leading cross-functional project teams.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or relevant marketing certifications.
  • Deep understanding of MarTech stack including SFDC Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency with ABM tools like Foundry, 6sense, or Demandbase.
  • Comfort with leveraging AI tools for campaign personalization, targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Industry background in Telematics, IoT, SaaS, or B2B tech environments.
  • Global marketing experience spanning LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
