About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design concepts for web, packaging, graphic, and digital projects.
• Create high-quality visual designs that align with brand standards and project requirements.
• Participate in the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
• Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback to refine work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry as a designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Professional graphic design experience, preferably within the beauty industry or creating packaging design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Quick learner and team player.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in other relevant design software like Rhino and Keyshot.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
