About the Role

We're growing fast and looking for a DevOps Engineer who's passionate about building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. You'll be part of a small but mighty team helping to shape our platform, from infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines to container orchestration and production observability. This is a mid-level role perfect for someone ready to grow into greater ownership while learning alongside experienced engineers. You'll make a meaningful impact on the future of cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform on AWS
Improve and own CI/CD workflows to accelerate team velocity
Support containerized workloads using Kubernetes or ECS
Contribute to our ML ops pipeline to support real-time diagnostics
Collaborate with InfoSec to maintain and scale a secure HIPAA-compliant platform
Help evaluate and adopt new DevOps tooling
Participate in agile sprint planning, architecture discussions, and incident response

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience as a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineer
Solid understanding of AWS and hands-on Terraform experience
Experience deploying and managing containerized applications
Familiarity with CI/CD systems and Git-based workflows
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
