About the Role

We're not rockstars or ninjas, just a team of developers working to make life a little easier for doctors and their patients. Our platform, built on a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end, helps our client's practices manage appointments, track drug inventory, send reminders, and handle insurance claims. Key Responsibilities

Improve and maintain our CI/CD pipelines
Enhance the developer experience
Monitor and manage our AWS-based cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot and debug production systems

Requirements

Proactive and able to get things done
Enjoys learning and exploring new technologies
Collaborates with others and thrives in a team environment
Knows how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience with Linux systems (Debian)
Ability to write MySQL queries
Experience deploying Node/Yarn, Ruby/Rails
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and Rollbar
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role
Proficiency in scripting and automation
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Cloud infrastructure experience, AWS preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Reside within 1 hour driving distance of the Austin office
