As a Diesel Fuel Additive Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving strategy and execution of a critical product line supporting global mobility and energy efficiency, collaborating across marketing, R&D, operations, and sales to deliver sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product line strategies aligned with Lubrizol's corporate goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
Forecast volume trends and make data-driven pricing and margin decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and support existing ones.
Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve product offerings.
Partner with marketing to define product positioning and messaging.
Support sales with training and resources to drive product success.
Monitor product performance and optimize portfolio profitability.
Coordinate with operations and supply chain to ensure efficient delivery and asset utilization.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry; fuel additives experience is a plus.
Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of pricing, margins, and financial analysis.
Proven leadership and collaboration skills across multifunctional teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Technical knowledge of chemical products, applications, and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Domestic travel up to 25%.
