We thrive on the creativity and ingenuity of bright thinkers and are currently looking for a Digital Account Manager/Digital Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned client relationships, from inception to delivery, consulting on data-driven marketing strategies and delivering transparent results. You will assist and lead with strategy, execution, planning, and solutions on the client side, while coordinating and managing timelines across internal teams to deliver measurable results that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Marketing + Strategy to formulate digital strategies that will achieve client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, serving in a consultative capacity to identify, develop, and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage project schedules, assets, content, and expectations.
  • Lead client kick-off meetings, organize internal/external task lists, coordinate client calls, provide detailed meeting follow-up, and maintain regular client communication.
  • Create campaign budgets and monitor and manage campaign costs and pacing.
  • Ensure that projects are on time and on budget.
  • Assist in contributing research, insights, and strategy recommendations.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly reports and analysis for marketing clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an Account Manager or similar role, agency experience a plus.
  • Experience managing 5+ clients concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, KPI reporting, etc.
  • Experience within eCommerce a plus.
  • Experience with Project Management Software and Messaging Tools (Basecamp, Monday, Asana, Slack, etc.).
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related concentration.
  • Must live in Los Angeles area.
  • Account management: 2 years (Required).
  • Google Ads: 1 year (Required).
  • Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing 5+ clients concurrently.
  • Experience within eCommerce.
  • Experience with Project Management Software and Messaging Tools.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related concentration.
