Digital Advertising Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support asset collection for client advertising campaigns by collecting, organizing, and reviewing creative assets to ensure they meet platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Monitor asset delivery timelines, follow up on outstanding requests, and ensure all materials are ready for on-time campaign launches.
• Assist with campaign scheduling, including entering campaign details into Jira and coordinating launch timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and internal communications related to campaign setup, assets, and timelines to support the Digital Advertising team.
• Support and oversee a small group of social community ambassadors, coordinating activities and monitoring engagement.
• Manage orders to external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets, tracking fulfillment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding asset submissions and campaign requirements, providing updates and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintain marketing operations documentation and internal records, and support special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in customer success, professional services, support role, or product role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with vendors, and support client relationships.
