Job Description

About the Role

Aramark Destinations is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to oversee and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms including Search, Display, Metasearch, Social, Affiliate, and OTA platforms. The role involves developing, executing, and refining campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and bookings, working cross-functionally with creative, digital, and marketing teams, as well as managing external agency partners. The position requires a data-driven mindset, expertise in audience targeting, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Display (Google Display Network, Programmatic Ads), Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Kayak, Trivago), Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more), Affiliate Marketing (Partnerships, Influencers, Sponsored Listings), and OTA Travel Ads (Expedia TravelAds, Booking.com Sponsored Listings, Yelp Ads and more).
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on A/B testing, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals, copy, and landing pages.
  • Manage relationships with OTAs and metasearch partners to enhance brand visibility and direct bookings.
  • Implement and track conversion pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling to measure effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising, travel marketing, and emerging ad tech.
  • Provide ongoing reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Aramark Destinations.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams and external digital agency partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and OTA advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Metasearch advertising.
  • Attention to detail, strong copywriting skills, and project management abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Hospitality, travel, hotel or tourism industry experience.
  • Experience with Search & Display Advertising (Google, Bing, Programmatic).
  • Experience with Metasearch & OTA Advertising (TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, Booking.com).
  • Experience with Affiliate & Influencer Marketing.
  • Paid Social Media Ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics & Performance Tracking.
  • Expertise in Audience Targeting & Remarketing.
  • Budget Management & ROI Optimization.
  • A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization.
