Digital and Content Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging marketing content, including video scripts, graphics, and written materials.
• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and develop digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on marketing activities.
• Adapt quickly to changing business needs and seize content opportunities.
• Coordinate on-site marketing tasks with videographers and photographers to optimize content creation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
• Proven experience in content marketing including video planning.
• Strong proficiency in design and layout tools, with experience in Canva preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (implied by experience requirements)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and content creation
