Key Responsibilities

Manage projects and lead teams to deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, visions, and missions.
Build long-standing relationships with clients through political savvy and effective communication.
Mentor junior staff on engagement teams, sharing expertise, feedback, and encouragement.
Plan, shape, and deliver enterprise software solutions, including Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Contribute to the successful end-to-end implementation of Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.

Requirements

5-7 years of related experience in a consulting role with Oracle Campus Solutions Student Records implementations.
Experience as a functional application specialist.
End-to-end project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings.
Technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and develop Huron staff in project management and technical areas.
Proven ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Flexible living locations in the U.S.
