The Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager will support the Customer Success Operations team in driving meaningful customer engagement through targeted digital outreach. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within digital customer success while contributing to automated, scalable solutions that enhance the Customer Success program. You'll work closely with senior team members to execute digital campaigns through customer journey automation and data-driven engagement strategies.
