This role is a remote, full-time position based in the USA, with a salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client needs from the intake form into polished, effective digital assets
Translate and localize digital ad copy, email content, SEO/SEM materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance
Design static and animated HTML5 ads, graphics, and email creatives for a diverse range of clients and industries
Collaborate with the design and ad operations teams to ensure accurate specs and smooth campaign delivery
Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Maintain high standards for visual quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
Participate in team design reviews and contribute to evolving best practices

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong translation and localization skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong layout, typography, and digital ad design skills
Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset
Clear, concise, and effective communicator
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Google Web Designer, a plus but not required
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and Javascript is a plus, but not required

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Web Designer
