Digital Experience Solutions Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery management for development teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, adherence to release schedules, and proactive resolution of delivery blockers.
• Manage development release processes, including coordinating cross-functional input, preparing and distributing release communications, and ensuring smooth deployment of updates and enhancements.
• Gather requirements from regional stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, Americas, and globally to build new website features or enhancements.
• Write thorough and detailed business requirements in Confluence and epics/stories in Jira with acceptance criteria and development notes for web developers.
• Lead and run Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story pointing, demos, and retrospectives.
• Triage and troubleshoot web development production issues, including CSS styling, HTML structure, JS functionality, API calls, and CMS authoring.
• Assign tickets to appropriate team members based on criteria and capacity, and work within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach.
• Facilitate effective meetings using active listening, negotiation, and leadership techniques, and tailor communication styles for different settings.
• Collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders, including senior leaders, business sponsors, marketing, development teams, QA, and content teams.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience as a Web Developer, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Experience in Web Development: HTML, CSS, Javascript/React, REST API, CRUD, API Integrations.
• Comfortable working with systems and tools such as Adobe AEM or component-based CMS, Jira, Confluence, and data analysis tools like Adobe or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of workflow and marketing automation tools such as Workfront, Marketo, Seismic.
• Excellent writing, speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-starting attitude.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a web developer or Scrum Master.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and developer pain points.
• Functional knowledge of front-end development concepts and building for scale.
