About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress
• Prepare and present status reports to upper management
• Lead teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Implement controls and compliance measures
• Drive process optimization and track OKRs for Integrated Marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within client service, Global Banking, or Treasury Services
• Strong understanding of organizational structure and product offerings, especially channel and payment solutions
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in technology or financial services project management
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with production environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure settings

Nice to Have

• Experience working with client or customer systems
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance measures
